Crafist® REFUND POLICY

 

  • You can use two different payment methods, credit card and money order / EFT for orders you place on our website.

 

  • If the order you have placed on our website is defective, you can contact with our customer contact center at +44 7361 326046 and request the cancellation of your order or a refund.

 

  • If you comply with the requirements of our policy, which includes delivery and return terms, we can refund you money. You can reach our delivery and return policy on our website (crafist.com) .

 

  • Within five (5) days of receiving the products, we will refund you through the channel you paid us. In credit card refund transactions, associated with the transaction taking place between two (2) and five (5) days under normal circumstances, this period may vary depending on the operation of the bank.

 

  • If the transaction was made by EFT or bank remittance, the bank information should be written on the invoice during the return process or the requested information should be sent to our electronic mail “crafist@karopak.com”. This datas are belown:
  • Bank Account Holder / Name – Surname
