Glaze Stains - Inorganic Pigments by Crafist®

The pigments (Stains) can be used in glazes, underglazes, and clays for coloring the body. The inorganic pigments - stains are in powder form.

You can create colored transparent glazes, opaque glazes and, matte glazes by adding certain proportions of stain to the glaze bases.

Desired colors can be created by mixing one or more pigments with each other in a glaze. The pigments can be used in glazes as well as in the coloring of clays.

Use of Stains

The firing range of inorganic pigments (stains) are 1796 °F – 2282 °F (980 °C - 1250 °C).

When working with these pigments, always use a mask.

Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.

Pay attention to work in well ventilated areas. Avoid contact with skin.

We recommend that you should try with your own test tablets so that you can create your own wonderful colors with pigments - stains and achieve the results you want.
